Massage and float were great! Facilities clean. Love that the tank is big enough for couples floaters. One thing- I could hear the traffic. So if you're looking for a full sensory deprivation experience,this isn't the place to go. However, they offer a variety of whole tones healing music, so that is a great option for most people. If you have trouble with water in your ears, bring your own plugs. The ear plugs were not waterproof.
The owner was super nice and informative, it was my first time doing a float. I found the experience super relaxing and it even helped with some of the pain I had. I 1000% recommend this place!
Awesome place The people are professional the ice plunge is phenomenal and into the sauna was great The float tank me and my wife went together that's how big it can fit two people at a time it was very relaxing and after I got done with that I went and got a massage and I felt like a wet noodle so relaxed All my anxiety went away I feel like I'm on a cloud we'll give it a try it's awesome.
