I have rarely gotten massages because I have several issues that can either be made better or way worse with different kinds of physical manipulations. I looked into Elizabeth and decided to take a chance with her. She exceeded my expectations! She really listened to me as I explained my situation. She spent the time to find those sore spots that I didn't even know I had and release muscles that have been tight for decades. I look forward to working with her again and seeing the longterm changes she can help with.
