They really make sure you always feel welcomed and they are willing to help you in any way to make you feel happy always so professional, Matt and Damaris I really appreciate it what you guys have done for me, thank you so much for being so nice! Ordered a new pair of prescription lens. Olga helped me out with getting them to fit the old frames. The lens wouldn’t stay in the old frames so she set me up with a new frame for a very good price. Great customer service!
Very impressive technology and virtual doctor exam. Aside from delay due to an internet glitch, the process was super smooth and informative. The on-site team (Matt and Kyra) were very accommodating, helping me reschedule after I ran some errands and the internet service was restored. A+ customer service.
