I had seen 2 mice and called Critter Control. They did a thorough review of my house and wanted to charge me $20,000 total to replace all of the insulation in my home and take care of the problem. Without the insulation their quote was still $6,000, which was still ridiculous. I found another exterminator for $250 who took care of the mice.

Very pricey!! And, they tried to sell services, that in reality, we don't need. We ended up not using them. I'm fact, we didn't need any services at all! Our critters took a wrong turn and ended up in our house. They couldn't wait to get out though so they found their way out in half a day.

We had two appointments arranged, and both times the technicians (Jessica and Brad) flaked out. Brad called at the last minute and wanted to charge $699 for an inspection fee! I think they are bigger rats than the ones we called them about!
