I learned more about carpet then I ever thought I would. Just got finished working with Alec on a whole basement LVP floor and tiled shower install and we couldn't be happier with the results!! We were very impressed with carpet exchange's selections of flooring and tile. The amount of choices were daunting, and having Alec's help to determine the right floor and tiles for us was incredibly appreciated. He helped us make the right decisions every step of the way and when we discovered a mistake in the tile choices - went the extra mile to help us find a solution we were just as happy with at no additional cost. We worked with Larry to order new carpet for our home. Our situation was one in that we needed to find carpet that could be ordered and installed in a very short time frame.
Larry helped us find the right dimensions, carpet and pad very quickly! We were so happy with the quality of the product.
