Although they cleaned my cotton cal king comforter they charged me $49. That is awful I could have bought a new comforter for that. Never again!!!Service: General bedding cleaning

1. The owner misplaced my husbands expensive Nordstrom shirt. She asked me to go back and pick the shirt out with 30 other shirts. I also had a coat of his in that order. When i went in to pick the shirt and jacket up. she did not remember her misplacing the shirt. She saw another customer coming in and threw my clothes over to the table without counting.2. She recently accused me of running out of the store with clothes. She had her kids in there that could not speak Englsh. I did not run out, I had a meeting inDC and she promised me the clothes would be ready by 5pm. The daughter told me my order will not be ready today. The daughter lied, the clothes were not ready. the clothes did not have a bag over them. They were St John attire.BEWARE, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE CLOTHES OR HAVE TO GO BACK AND PICK THEM OUT YOURSELF, OR HAVE THE OWNER NOT REMEMBER , NOT COUNT, NOT HAVE THEM READY AT TIME PROMISED OR HAVE TO PUT THE PLASTIC ON YOURSELF, I'D SUGGEST ANOTHER PLACE THAT APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS. ALSO THE BALANCE WAS INCORRECT,

The business owner, once relatively pleasant, has himself led the marked decrease in service level over recent months. They take ZERO ownership of mistakes, they’re constantly nickel & diming you for one thing or another even when you don’t object to paying whatever costs. They don’t seem to care frankly. Which is fine. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.Service: Alterations
