Had hail damage all over my suv. They did a good job thoroughly explaining the process and upfront how long they that this job would take. Replaced all paneling and looks brand new. The job did go over by a day, but they were gracious enough to cover the cost of my rental. Awesome work!! Would defiantly come back for any body work needed.
Went to several local dent people about the large dent in my car.. they didn't want to even talk to me when they found out I only had a single dent in my car.. "we don't waste our time with single dents. We are looking for completely hail damaged cars that are around 7-10000$ to repair." On the way home I thought I would give it one more shot and sop at brothers. When I arrived there was a ring doorbell and the person said they just was dropping off a customer. Waited for 5 minutes and I believe his name was Anthony greeted me. Very Courteous and professional. I showed him what I had and was expecting to get shut down like I did at the other dent places.. instead he said no problem. We agreed on a price and he took care of me on the spot! The large dent was removed and you couldn't even tell it was there... don't go anywhere else as you will waste your time. Please take your vehicle to Brothers. After the early fall hail storm that went through the area, we contacted Brothers Hail and Dent Repair. James and Anthony were great! We knew our car was damaged badly, but was shocked to see once they put the light on the car and showed us exactly what they would be dealing with. They worked with us and jumped through the many hoops with the insurance company as well to get our 2021 Toyota RAV4 back looking brand new again. Honestly, as bad as the damage was, I was blown away at how amazing it looked after the work was completed. Definitely recommend this shop! James and Anthony communicated frequently with us, were super professional, and did excellent work.
