I had a great experience with their service. The team was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly about everything they found with my vehicle. They took the time to explain my options and provided helpful guidance to ensure my car was properly repaired and safe to drive.
Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were prompt, thorough, and attentive in addressing them. I truly appreciated their commitment to making sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend their service to others.
My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to brakes Plus for years. I just brought my car in for an oil change. Richard and Andy did a great job getting me in and out quickly. Thank you.
This location and the crew are awesome! Andy, Richard and the whole team were phenomenal throughout the entire customer experience. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and always willing to help.
Andy is always in a great, laid-back mood, which makes the whole experience that much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his team and his business.
I honestly didn’t realize how much Brakes Plus does, but after dealing with them, this will definitely be our go-to place for our car needs. We brought both of our cars in multiple times over the span of about two weeks, and every interaction was professional, friendly, and attentive.
