So many adjectives, so little time ... timely, considerate, accommodating, non-condescending, forthright, has integrity, a pleasure to work with ... seems I have a plumber now that I can recommend to others!
Jason is excellent. We urgently needed a new water heater and he was responsive, gave a fair and reasonable quote for the work, and completed everything quickly and efficiently. He also responded to a follow up request and made sure everything eas functioning well and took care of everything. Absolutely recommend big apple for all plumbing needs, this should be your first call!
Another great job from Big Apple. Disraeli was here ahead of schedule and re-plumbed the hack job the previous owners had done on the kitchen sink in no time, finishing ahead of schedule. He was courteous, professional, personable, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Jason and his team at Big Apple are my go to guys!
