Zero-gravity massage chairs and spa services are highlights. With a range of options and personalized attention, this tanning spa stands out from the competition. The women here are pretty cool, which helps ladies feel right at home. Carmen is absolutely amazing, always smiling, kind, and extremely helpful. The staff administers time and effort into every person that walks through the door. Customers can get a base tan, coupled with outdoor activity, and then a Versa spray tan. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are always scrubbing and spraying and sanitizing every single inch of the machines.
I wish I could give 20 more stars! first of all I have to mention Liv at the corporate office in Utah, and Emma and Jade at the Westminster location. I mean beyond superb customer service. I had zero knowledge as to how I wanted to take advantage of the abundance of high quality and state-of-the-art types of beds that they offered. live at the corporate office spent 25 minutes on the phone answering any silly question that I had well also giving me recommendations for lotions that were lower in price but superior in quality. there is a lot to be said for a business that puts the customers needs above making an extra buck. I was running a little bit late and it was 20 minutes prior to closing when I entered, and even offered to come back another day if it was too late. Emma and Jade quickly reassured me that they would be more than glad to stay as long as I needed and that they were here to answer any questions and make sure my needs were met. Emma was just the sweetest thing, and I not for a moment felt any type of animosity in keeping these girls past closing time. I am generally anxious in situations that I am not knowledgeable in. And the temperament and demeanor of these girls put me completely at ease. opposed to being employees I was tying up after hours, I felt like I was talking to some friends that wanted to make sure I got the most out of a gift they purchased me. as silly as that sounds it's the only way to describe it I was the only customer there at the time and got a chance to wander and view the facility It is absolutely beautiful I witnessed these girls scrubbing and spraying and sanitizing every single inch of the machines that were not being used, I mean the amount of effort that they put into cleaning these was so comforting. I could be Brazilian tropic coppertone caramel brown tan, and I would still find a reason to come to this facility simply for the opportunity to be treated so kindly in pampered by the amazing staff at this facility. check it out for yourself because all these words are not giving it justice. Emma, Jade, live. I can guarantee you any establishment would wish they had 12 just like you. The amount of pride that your employers should have for you is immeasurable. I know that is not the average service that one would receive. And I also know that they administer this much time and effort and understanding into every person that walks through that door. Good job guys!

Carmen is absolutely amazing!! She is always smiling, kind and extremely helpful. She was left solo the other night and was busting her butt to make sure every single person was taken care of. Kind and apologetic when we had to wait for a spray tan. She is a huge reason why I keep coming back! She’s amazing!!
