David did an amazing job! He is very understanding, flexible, kind, smart and even will give you some jokes along the way! I am so glad that I chose to go with David, he really went the extra mile to explain things to my husband and I which he definitely did not have to do as well as giving us important information that we never would of known. We are so thankful for David! We will definitely recommend David every time!

David was amazing! He got us in for an inspection at the last minute, on a Saturday! He's very friendly, has a great sense of humor and is very helpful, even showed us how to fix the problems with the house ourselves! He's very thorough and showed us how to use everything in the house. He was very fast, we expected it to take 3-4 hours but only took 1&1/2! As a first time home buyer I was completely lost with how the inspection would go and how certain things worked in the house. He made everything so easy to understand and explained everything thoroughly. A full inspection on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a crawl space cost $250!! I had five other companies quote $450 and up! I HIGHLY recommend him!!
