I’m on the HOA board at a townhome community that is under construction. I was asked by our contractor to find a private locator for the patio areas as this was an area of homeowner responsibility. I contracted with Diversified Underground to come out for the day. When Eric arrived, he very nicely explained (to me and also to our contractor) that a private locate was NOT needed and just call 811. So while I cannot attest to the quality of work, if you are looking for a private locator you can trust, I would recommend Diversified Underground.
