“Leave me open by saying I am a tough customer and expect perfection. I rarely write reviews unless they are exceptional and this purchase and installation qualifies. First of all, I live 1,500 miles away and have struggled finding qualified tradesmen when needed on a new home construction project. I was able to track Steve Hernandez down and had a handful of phone calls on the hydronic project for my CO residence over a few month period. Since I never met steve was a little uncertain as I didn’t know him although his reviews were outstanding. He basically told him the project is right up his alley and I need to stop worrying and get out of the way. He completed the job in two full days and did an excellent job. There is nothing I wasn’t pleased with. His professionalism, his vast knowledge of hydronic systems, his competent and polite employees, and no additional costs above what he quoted me. If you are in the southern Colorado area and you need a hydronic system installed this is the only plumbing outfit to call. I have built three homes in various parts of the country and this has been my best experience that I can recall. The original quote was in the range I expected and he didn’t disappoint in execution.“
