Let me count the reasons why: 1) Takes the money, does NOT complete the job. 2) Took supplies we paid for to use on our project, and will use on his other projects (thief). 3) Did NOT PULL A BUILDING PERMIT. 4) Actual work done, subpar. Either had to be redone or will have to be redone in the near future. 5) SEVERLY underquoted our job. 6) Provided nothing in writing, claiming to be a good guy. Said he would provide receipts. Never did. 7) Works from about 9-2.
