What an incredible experience! After 4+ months of having our home listed and not receiving any offers, I reached out to Luke to see if he would be open to taking on what I figured would be a very difficult task. From our first call he was able to identify what we needed to do to get back on track and built out a detailed game plan for us to put in place very quickly (staging, cleaners, photography, and more). In just two weeks, we had multiple showings and a cash offer!! I can not stress enough how invaluable Luke and his team were to us. My only regret is not contacting them sooner! I can't say enough about how amazing our recent transaction with Prestigio was. Luke and his team have done a great job of several transactions for us, but our recent home purchase was a "double home run" of sorts from he and his great team. Luke was able to get us secured on an amazing property that fitted our family's needs in a very competitive situation (Even when we didn't have the most enticing offer the buyer received!) We got the property of our dreams secured, and to go even farther above and beyond, Luke was able to help us by putting that property in escrow under his investment firm, until we were able to bring our current property to market and get it sold....read full review

We just sold our second house with Prestigio. Both houses sold over asking price thanks to Prestigio's amazing negotiating skills and unrivaled expertise. Luke, Katie, Melynda and Danielle are all so responsive and knowledgeable. They come right along side the client to navigate the whole process. Cannot thank the whole team enough for all the help and guidance. We have also purchased 2 houses with their help and look forward to buying/selling with Prestigio again. Highly recommend!
