I called this nail salon today to make sure they accepted walk ins. They do. They took care of me right away. One lady worked on my hands while another lady did my pedicure. They took about 1 hour to finish it all! I was glad because I still had to travel 1 more hour to get back home. They talked to me and really focused on my needs and comfort level. They made me feel very comfortable, welcome and they both did a great job!
I had a great experience! The service was fast, affordable, and both ladies, Kim and Mimi, were kind and welcoming. I’m very happy with how my builder gel manicure and regular pedicure turned out.
My only reason for not giving five stars is that I specifically called beforehand to ask if cuticle trimming was included, and I was told it was. However, my cuticles were never pushed back or trimmed during my manicure. I didn’t mention it at the time because the technician had already started applying the builder gel, so it felt too late to bring it up.
Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely come back.
Lynn was wonderful! The customer service was exceptional, Lynn and Jennifer were so sweet and funny! They were willing to see me 30 mine before closing and didn’t rush my appointment which is something you don’t find these days. Thank you so much for the hospitality and good service.
