Can't say much about the other techs but Angel is amazing. Angel takes her time and ensures she's gentle and precise with her work. I really appreciate her being gentle with me. Other times, some of the other techs have been a bit rough and make me bleed. Definitely going back to her. Thanks Angel!

It matters which nail technician you see here. I have had great manicures from Bella, and Kelly did an AMAZING job with my Valentine's Day themed mani/pedi. But my past two visits have been poor - neither technician could give me a natural looking nail color for my dip manicure. The first one was light pink (I asked for natural with navy blue tips), which didn't look natural at all.Yesterday and today I had a bad experience. I went in with a photo of what I wanted, which was a plain/natural nail with simple gold and white lines painted on. I explained to the technician (I don't know her name) that what I had on was too pink and that I was looking for a natural color....read full review

My nail tech did great ! Nails look good! My only disappointment was my deluxe manicure. My feet were in the hot wax for one minute and half a minute with the hot towel. It felt rushed. Not relaxing. It felt basic vs deluxe. But will still come back.
