I agree with another reviewer that Jose Amador does not seem to care about his patients, and that is why I changed my PCP.
I went in a year ago and had him look at a bump on my toe which he said was a wart, and it was actually a cyst that I had to have surgically removed.
And when I was talking to him he seemed pre occupied, like he didn't really care about what was going on with me.
Maybe he doesn't like older patients, I was 63 at the time.
I was able to schedule a new patient primary care visit same-day. Every part of the process was efficient - from check-in to vitals, provider exam to bloodwork - all quick but thorough. Provider Jose Amador listened to my concerns and immediately provided the help I needed for my current concerns (rare for a new patient visit anywhere else I've been). He listened to my input and ordered additional tests based on my concerns/history. I'd recommend this practice to anyone looking for primary care.
My Dr. Is amazing 14 years with kaiser an they did nothing to make me better, 1st visit here an she is already done more for me than I could of expected. She is great an I'm so happy to have a Dr. Who actually cares about their patients.
