Dr. Shoemaker has shown me an incredible amount of compassion and care throughout my difficult case. Even after a rare diagnosis, he is providing support and guidance at a time when I need that the most. I am so grateful for Dr. Shoemaker and the staff at Ascent!

Dr Shoemaker gave two injections in my lower spine. He followed up with me numerous times. I feel he really does care about how I am feeling & getting around.His office staff are so polite. They help me when I don't know how to send forms over the phone or my computer. They are polite when making appointments. It helps, in this day & age when people are so stressed out, to have someone take their time to be polite & make a person feel important.Thank you, Dr. Shoemaker & Staff!!

I wouldn't even have rated them a spec of a star! This place was awful! Dr Shoemaker was extremely uneducated and careless! I was told I had multiple sclerosis and did not have a work injury. My workmans comp claim was then therefore denied. What a terrible thing to tell someone! What is worse is that he is a liar. Of course I got the bill pushed on me when he completely disrespected me and wasted my time!
