I studied Pai Lum with Sifu Post about 15 years ago, after which i moved to the northwest, it made such a huge difference in my self discipline and understanding of hard work that it stuck with me all the way through my high-school career into my adulthood. Recently ive begun taking lessons again online with Sifu Post all the way from the northwest and even through the screen has been able to teach me and get me back on track. Its amazing how things come back when you love them! Im so excited to have my Sifu back, 10/10 the only Martial art I would recommend on a personal basis. You WILL improve and you WILL get stronger and more in touch with your body. Even online!
I’ve been training at Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts for over 15 years and still make the drive from Broomfield because it is absolutely worth it. The quality of instruction, the depth of the system, and the focus on real skill and personal growth are unmatched. This is the traditional martial arts taught the right way, with a strong emphasis on discipline, self defense, and continuous improvement. I highly recommend this school to anyone serious about their training.
Very great and energetic class! Held our 2 kids focus. Great interaction from all teachers. Made us feel at home. Very pleased here especially compared to other classes we had been at, that were almost triple the price!
