Dr Ballenger and his team at Precision oral surgery were absolutely lovely. I am weary of needles and dentists in general. After 3 visits at other dentists, I walked in to this office and was immediately at ease to have a broken molar extracted that I had lived with for way too long. They answered every question, without hesitation and got me scheduled. On my surgery day, after being numbed up, I had quite the panic attack where they again impressed me. Acting calmly and quickly they gave me oxygen and helped to ease my fears. The entire procedure, start to finish, took 20 to 30 minutes (20 of that was my panic attack) and then they sent me home with a goodie bag that included ice cream where I got to choose the flavor. Such a treat. To top it off, Dr Ballenger himself called me that night to check in. Absolutely amazing. 9 days post op and I am healing up beautifully. I will recommend this oral surgeon over and over again.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff! Dr. Burnham was super nice and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. The staff went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable, especially since he was nervous. Their kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure how all these great reviews came to be.. my experience was anything but great. Dr. Ballenger was who I seen for an initial consultation and I asked if my insurance would be accepted which is Cigna and was told it wouldnt benefit me to use insurance cause it would end up costing my insurance more which I thought was strange... and at the end of my 10 min consultation I was hit with a fee of $400. I didn't feel right after leaving that place I went back in for a second consult and still wasn't clear on a game plan so now I'm having issues getting Dr Ballenger to return my calls after 2 missed appointments and one that was rescheduled by his office I must say that I run a business, work at various hours on call so I had to miss one appointment due to work and then my son was diagnosed with covid so that one was unavoidable and due to this I was told I could not get another appointment unless I paid $149... I obviously wasn't happy with this considering what I already paid and gone through with this office. I literally only needed a 5 min phone call to determine if he was going to add an implant on my bottom tooth which there was a discrepancy with that only he could tell me and yet this man must of felt too important to return a call otherwise there should be no reason to ignore a patient.. I have never had to deal with this treatment. I run my own business for many years now, have a husband, kids and dogs so I understand busy more than anyone so it can't be this reason either he didn't get any of my messages or just refused to deal with the situation either way it's very unprofessional so I'll invest my hard earned money elsewhere it will probably work out better for me in the long run. I just hope nobody else has to deal with this nonsense. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone...
