I would use Losh Contracting again and would recommend them to my neighbors. We worked with Peter, Daniel, and Mark at different stages of the project. All three worked with us and the insurance company to get us the best deal on a high quality roof. We had a pretty high deductible and a policy that wasn’t very generous, but Losh brought down the costs to be quite manageable and then pursued “supplemental” payment by the insurance company on our claim. In addition, the job was done bin a timely manner by a diligent crew who cleaned up well when the work was done. All in all, this was a positive experience!
