They were able to reimburse a large portion of the cost and assured me that they will no longer be working with the locksmith partner that got sent on the original call.Original Review: (1/5 Stars) The lady on the phone said it would be a $29 service fee and then $19-200 for labor depending on the time and difficulty of the job. When the guy arrived he said it was going to be $350!!! After some negotiating he came down to $250 which is still $21 more than the max price quoted over the phone. I would absolutely understand the cost if the work he did required an immense amount of skill that only comes with years of experience but he literally inflated a bag and stuck an overpriced coat hanger through the crack. That is not worth $350!! Taking advantage of people in desperate situations is not ok and all 'locksmiths' like this should be ashamed!“

“Outstanding! We got locked out of my friend Johnnie's house, so we gave Denver Key and Lock a call. We were told someone would be there in a half hour, and the tech Seth was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was honest about the cost of a new door knob handle and he explained the problem and unlocked the door and oiled the existing door knob handle and put it back together and we were back in business. Great job!“

“Came here based on other reviews to get another key cut for a late-2000s Toyota vehicle, and glad I did. Friendly staff, great service. They cut and programmed the key to work with my vehicle, and I was able to successfully program the key fob for the locks myself (purchased online and did some research to make sure I got the right key fob). Much more affordable than a dealership, that's guaranteed. Will definitely come back here if I need to do this with my other vehicle or safe-related needs!“
