After installing a hard wired Ring doorbell, we discovered that the doorbell transformer we had did not have the needed power to operate the doorbell. Michael installed a new upgraded transformer that solved the problem. He was professional and efficient.
Austin was fantastic and professional. Solved my initial problem with ease and showed me the issue so I can avoid a future service call. He even took the time to help with another issue at not additional charge.
