I just had the most amazing experience getting our hvac to cool properly again thanks to Shane and Bucky from Jim Needham. Excellent knowledge, costumer service, work ethic and completeness. They walked me through everything in the issue diagnosis, took pictures and documented numerical evidence of before and after. They were so thorough and at the same time so clean! They wore shoe linens inside the house and brought all of the tools with them. Most importantly, they were able to solve the issue that technicians from other companies were not able to!
