Giving it a three stars only because of the waiting model and because of the fact that it's too costly. $38 for a basic army buzz is stupid because I can buy a buzzer for that price, so I only go here when there's a sale on cuts. Suppose you do go in to get a sale on your only day off, you could be rejected because the line is too long and they won't be able to get to you. You have to download a stupid smartphone app in order to reserve your time slot, which is very dumb. This place should switch to phone-only reservations and get rid of the dumb app.
Decided on a whim to finally get my hair cut while my son was getting his done. Wish I had gotten her name (2nd chair on the right) she listened to my needs for how i have to wear my hair at work, and gave me a cut that brought life back to my disastrous hair! The woman that cut my son's hair, did phenomenal as always. Kept the top length to make him happy, but short enough to make mom happy!
