Honestly, Brooke is my favorite stylist by far; she's truly an artist. She makes me feel confident each and every time I go back. I literally tell her to freestyle each time. Ask her for a beard cut too. I also love the way she connects with each and every client in a unique way and remembers when we come back. It honestly makes me feel special. Yadira is also wonderful. She's always wearing a smile. She gives her own thoughts on what would look best. They're the two reasons I go back.

Giving it a three stars only because of the waiting model and because of the fact that it's too costly. $38 for a basic army buzz is stupid because I can buy a buzzer for that price, so I only go here when there's a sale on cuts. Suppose you do go in to get a sale on your only day off, you could be rejected because the line is too long and they won't be able to get to you. You have to download a stupid smartphone app in order to reserve your time slot, which is very dumb. This place should switch to phone-only reservations and get rid of the dumb app.
