Sandra did a great job cutting my hair as always. Got me in first as soon as the store opened. Excellent customer service. And she even found a few hairs out of place before I left the store and made sure to take care of them before I left. Thank you, Sandra!

Ok, I had to swallow my pride and go back to Great Clips, had a bad experience last time, but it was an emergency so in I went. I cannot tell you how this experience changed my mind. I had a guy named Jason cut my hair. I told him I just wanted a trim and a refresh, he started chatting and asked if he could make a suggestion on my style, I figured why not, well let's just say I get a lot of comments on my new style and I feel younger and confident. I won't even get into how delightful it was to actually talk to someone who actually cares about his clients!! Hands down I will follow him no matter where he cuts hair!!!
