I can’t speak highly enough about Marc and his team for hosting us at the Grace Conference. Learning about his origin story and how he’s risen to the position of PM guru for all business owners was invaluable. Whether you have zero doors or 1000, I strongly recommend making the investment to attend his “meet Grace” conference because it’s worth EVERY penny.
You’ll get to see behind the curtain of a very efficient company that values owner AND tenant relationships with their systems and processes that will help even the most seasoned vets improve their company. I wish I pulled the trigger sooner.

We have rented our space now for just over a year. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new location and working with Alexis Myers has been an added bonus. She is always very helpful and friendly.
I lived there for 3 years, dealt with Margaret for the most part.
I loved living there.
If something broke, they fixed it.
If there was a problem, they helped find a resolution even when it wasn't their responsibility.
My calls were always returned promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
If I ever move back to Denver I will contact Margaret to find me another place!
