The first time I went to see Lori was on January 9. I just found out that I had lost my job earlier that day and she was so kind and allowed me to cry during the entire procedure. She ended up spending four hours with me and lasered off a million spider veins (I’m exaggerating a bit), five or six skin tags and five or six moles. She put numbing cream on all of the areas that she worked on and was not too expensive. Over the last couple of weeks my insurance company has been giving me a little bit of a hard time and Lori has been nothing but helpful, responsive and empathetic.
