Teresa has been doing massage for over 14 years, serving local and international clients in Telluride Colorado.
A session is customized to the need of the client and will often include many of the elements of her extensive training. Her work is heavily informed by Myofascial and Myoskeletal alignment and sports techniques that tend to be deeper. That combined with Thai stretching, trigger point, ART, cupping, craniosacral and long Lomi style strokes.
She is determined to offer an experience for her client that serves their specific needs. Whether calming and relaxing, or deep and structural, the sessions are unique and therapeutic.
Most sessions include cupping, hot stones, essential oils, and handmade salve. At no extra charge.
