I just wanted to thank your shop for the incredible touch with your thank you letter after I bought my blue chip pick. I order a lot of gear throughout the year (am in a very active country band - 70+ shows per year). To receive this hand writen letter was a touch I haven't seen in a long time.You guys have earned my business moving forward.

These folks are a serious class act. Really well curated shop/website. They shipped quickly and included a nice note with some thoughts about the item I had ordered, not some generic thank you.
