Eric Saunders Telluride Properties
“Eric is an exceptional person and agent! He assisted me in my first real estate purchase (and years later, the sale of the same property) with the same conscientiousness, time, and energy that he would give to the high value properties he regularly works with. It is a special thing to find an agent who devotes the same work ethic to every transaction, regardless of price point. In my case, Eric went the extra mile, attending town hall meetings, doing extensive research, and uncovering all possible information about the property so I could navigate the purchase with confidence. I hope to work with him again the future. Saunders is someone you want in your corner and his passion for Telluride and knowledge of the area truly shines through!”
Compass Real Estate: Telluride Standard
“Ian and Eric were fantastic representatives during the sale of our house. Their photos of the interior were beautiful and the exterior photos showed the house at its best. Their advice was spot on! They are talented and effective. Thank you Eric and Ian!”
