Telluride is a magical place and so is Jane! I had two appointments for acupuncture and energy healing with her while on my ski vacation. Jane is very skilled in her trade as well as a caring listener and I found it easy to open myself up to her so she could help me start to heal and move forward. I feel blessed to have found Jane and very happy and pleased with the work performed. I will take this experience with me into the rest of my life.

Jane, or Jane the Healer, as I now call her, is the only practitioner in over 15 years who has been able to help me with the pain in my shoulder. She was the first practitioner to treat both my body and the emotional pain trapped within it. My Spirit feels so much lighter. I've been to so many doctors, had an MRI, injections, PT, Osteopath work- the whole gamut. I can't believe how much better my damn shoulder feels after one visit with Jane. It's literally easier to breathe because I didn't really register how much pressure was constantly on my diaphragm and rib cage all these years. After slipping on the ice and landing hard on my back, a friend suggested I visit Dr.Jay Holt, an acupuncturist.Jay took his time to understand the problem, then properly address it. After just the second visit, my back was substantially improved. If you have pain in Telluride, I would highly recommend Jay. I really appreciated his vast knowledge and experience. Thank you Jay!
