Our CO cabin was in dire need of exterior stain. Our previous painting contractor had retired unbeknownst to us and we were desperate to find another. He suggested Grand Services. I called in August and Steve Olsen responded immediately and told us he could stain our house “at the end of the season”. He and his crew started the project just one month later and the results are simply TERRIFIC! Because of the harsh CO climate, the state requires a stain different than that previously applied. Color, then, was the issue as our home state is located 1000 miles away. After numerous phone calls , texts, and pictures, Steve proved to be a master in that department as well as his patience with me and my demands.We simply could not be more pleased with him and his crew. We experienced not one - but TWO! - floods in our home in Winter Park. And both times, RMC was there to rescue us with the best and most thorough care possible! They answer the phone at any hour of the day - for us it was at midnight the first time and 6a Sunday the second time. Their entire team is responsive, caring, and highly skilled. We felt like the RMC team was always looking out for our best interests, taking care of all the details large and small, coordinating complex communications and processes with all the parties involved, and returning until each aspect of the project was perfect. We truly hope to never go through this again, but if we do, RMC will be our first call.
Loved spending the day at the ranch creek spa. Morning yoga with Staci is unforgettable. The best yoga class I’ve taken in years. The personal touches of our names on the cubbies to private spaces to unwind together. All the fire places make this a relaxing cozy experience. We loved the reconnection package to soak in a copper tub, indulge in prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries. The couples massage was truly amazing as Jenny and Riley was beyond gifted with their craft. I’ve never left somewhere so relaxed.
