Our CO cabin was in dire need of exterior stain. Our previous painting contractor had retired unbeknownst to us and we were desperate to find another. He suggested Grand Services. I called in August and Steve Olsen responded immediately and told us he could stain our house “at the end of the season”. He and his crew started the project just one month later and the results are simply TERRIFIC! Because of the harsh CO climate, the state requires a stain different than that previously applied. Color, then, was the issue as our home state is located 1000 miles away. After numerous phone calls , texts, and pictures, Steve proved to be a master in that department as well as his patience with me and my demands.We simply could not be more pleased with him and his crew. Great guys to work with! Jay was very responsive, helpful and communicated great. Juan and Juan were great! Really easy to work with, did great work and were efficient. As new problems were found they were right on it. Highly recommend them!

RMC did a wonderful job of restoring our kitchen and bathroom in our cabin after are water leaks. We are very happy with the completion of the work!
One of the best spas I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The pricing aligns with the experience and if you aren’t familiar with resort/ranch spas, please leave your preconceived ideas at the door and really pay attention to what they’re offering. Complimentary, quality toiletries, delicious tea and snacks in the sitting areas, any amenity you would need to prepare for relaxation (or to prepare to depart) were provided and there were cozy rooms available for post-service relaxation. Lovely place and lovely people.
