This was the service for windshield replacement . The first service who replaced the windshield did a very poor job . I had to go back next day since the windshield was off in assembly . I went back and the technician looked at and said this needs to replaced again . James from customer service at Superior center was very helpful and went above and beyond to get the paper work done . At least this time the work was done with precision and quality . The technician did a very good job . I am glad Superior center was open to get it fixed and do a full replacement which I really appreciate it .

As of writing this review I have been sitting at this service center for 9 hours now without an update on my car. And I just have to wonder what the point of even making an appointment was? The service manager never messaged me back in the app during my repair. I had asked if I could obtain a loaner so I could go to work for the day, crickets.
I got to the service center today at 8:30am and my car wasn’t even looked at until after 2pm. At one point I was so hungry that I literally went to Tesla.com in order to book a test drive of a vehicle so I could pick up lunch. The service team here is phenomenal! They’re friendly, they hear your concerns, and any issue we’ve had has been solved quickly! Of course, everyone on staff is excellent, but special thanks to Riley for taking great care of us! She's a recent newcomer and is a huge credit to the location and the Tesla brand!
