Called down the list on Google for people who could help with my water heater that sprung a nasty leak. The people I spoke with were not very friendly and made me feel like I was bothering them with my call. Some I had to leave messages for and never got a call back. I got to Lock and Sons on the list and felt so defeated and wanted to cry, but Cheryl (I probably spelled that wrong) was the SWEETEST woman and made me feel like she actually cared about my issue and felt bad for how the other people I had called treated me on the phone. As soon as she heard it was leaking, she did everything she could to make sure someone could at least look at it later in the day. She stayed in contact with me and Michael and Austin were able to come look at and fix it! It sprung another leak the next morning, I called back, and Cheryl was once again so sweet and on top of things for me, and Michael and Austin were able to come back quickly to look at it. After some discussion, my fiance and I decided it was time for a better water heater. Cheryl kept in contact with both of us about our options and once we decided on one she ordered it immediately. Cheryl called me to let me know the water heater was in, then Michael and Austin came with the water heater today and installed it AMAZINGLY fast! It was so nice to deal with the same people throughout this entire process, especially ones who are so dang nice AND professional! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Amazing service that I received from Lock & Sons called explained that our pipes had bursted due to the freeze we recently had they quickly made it over and got the issue fixed , super friendly and they made sure to explain what all the damage was. All of the plumbing is back up and running like it should be !!! Thank you for all the hard work.

Lock and Sons is AMAZING! Always thorough, efficient, prompt and incredible customer service! From Cheryl at the office to the techs who are super sweet! This will always be my go-to! For my home and my business!
