Koehler installed our new water heater. We let them know the estimated delivery of the water heater and it came early and they were able to fit in installing it earlier! They did the extra work to dig further in the crawl space where the old water heater was (which they removed) to create a big enough space for this newer water heater and added some much needed pavers and a drip pan underneath. Very professional and clean. Everything is working great.
In the past when we've had a plumbing problem, it has been a struggle to get other plumbers to respond or address the problem in a timely manner, but with Koehler we had neither of those problems!
Our sewer pipe had plugged which I discovered in the evening, so I called the following morning. Was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy over the phone. They arrived the same day. I was at work so they spoke with my wife in which she told me they were very nice! They cleaned out all the old roots and ran the camera down the pipe to inspect. Fortunately there was no damage and the bill came to be exactly as quoted. The invoice came by email and was very easy to pay. Highly recommended!
We had a major issue for months with our sewer drain after a cable company drilled through our drain pipe. Koehler Drain & Sewer was called and they did a great job in repairing our system. They were timely, professional and friendly, which was important because we didn't feel very friendly anymore after dealing with a damaged sewer for months! They inspected the damage with a camera and made the necessary calls for estimates and locates. Then they came and dug up the damaged drain, cleaned it out, used a camera to look down the rest of the line, repaired it and were on their way in one day with virtually no down time of our sewer system.
