I came to Ken out of desperation as I was visiting Steamboat and my Phone decided to quit working. I knew that wasn't his business but he showed empathy and concern and gave his time to solve my issue. When I tried to pay him he refused. This is a wonderful person who is helpful and generous. When my laptop had a very strange zoom issue, Ken was very skilled in setting up a scenario to replicate the problem and identify the failed component. I was very happy with his diagnostic skills, advice on a new purchase and setup of a new machine. He handles issues quickly and efficiently.

I have owned this one man show for 13+ years and its been a pleasure to serve the people and guests of Steamboat Springs and Routt County. I've worked on camera installs, phone systems, wireless networks, wiring, NAS stations, domain servers and workstations over the years. New services for 2019 include small scale 3D printing.
