Great Friday midnight er visit. Seen promptly - nurse and dr were excellent. Diagnosed problem and provided meds to treat. Felt better next day / and I went from being unable to stand or walk to walking carefully within 24 hours. Been 3 days, and I’m back to normal thanks to their kindness, attention and expertise.
Our son broke his arm late on a Friday night while camping far away. After driving to YVMC, we had an amazing care team that was so patient and kind with our son. They explained everything so well and did everything to keep him calm through his first ER visit. Xray was fast and the whole process was so pleasant and quick considering. Highly recommend this place for expert and compassionate care, especially with kids!
From the very start the whole staff is very friendly! My nurse Katie is very personable and I could tell that she wanted to help me out throughout the whole time I was there. I really appreciate everyone’s help.
