I want to share the great experience I've had with Tin Man Roofing. We were building a new duplex and looking for a good roofer that could do the work within our timeline and budget. I shopped around a bit but could not find one that could do both. By coincidence, I saw the Tin Man crew working on another project in the area and decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did. Shawn returned my call in a timely manner, and he's been very responsive and gave us an estimate pretty quickly. I rarely write reviews, but this kind of service deserves the recognition. I called Shawn when I knew it was a very busy time, hoping he could repair my roof sometime in the next several weeks. It was a small job and I knew they were busy with big jobs and it would have been easy to blow us off. Shawn called back right away (first WOW!), he sent his team out the following week (second WOW!), they repaired the roof and secured all our loose screws (ha!) without a big expense or having to replace panels, then proceeded to do an 'on the spot' repair of the rain/snowmelt gutters on the main house that get hammered by snow and ice every year (third WOW!)
