This started out with 1 star. We called Clay in August of 2020 to service our NTI boiler. We had lived in our townhome less than a year and thought it prudent to go into the next winter with a serviced boiler. When I got home from work on Wednesday, it felt a little chilly in the townhouse so I turned the thermostat up thinking “well, the temps overnight are cold so . . .” When it was still 62 in our house Thursday when I got home from work, I figured I’d better take a look at the boiler. We found our 10 year old water heater leaking today. I called Clay at 2pm and by 7pm he had a better quality replacement water heater (same capacity and power rating) delivered and installed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. For all my future plumbing and heating needs, Clay will be my first call! Thanks again, Clay!
