We are so so grateful for Dr. Dayna. Truly can't say enough wonderful things about her and do her justice. She is so good with animals, spotted things right away that other vets missed, gives premium expertise at affordable pricing, and offers an amazing mix of holistic and mainstream treatment options for your little baby. And, when it was time for our sweet Ladybug to go on to the next life, Dr. Dayna did a housecall and gave her the sweetest sendoff we could ask for. Dr. Dayna and her entire staff are downright genuine. The way this hospital is set up is so refreshing—you’re involved in the exam from start to finish. You stay with your cat or dog the entire time, which means you can actually see the care being provided and understand what you’re paying for. No waiting alone in a room while your pet disappears into the back and then getting hit with a big bill.
It’s an open, transparent, and compassionate approach that makes all the difference. I absolutely recommend Mountain Veterinary in Steamboat Springs to anyone who wants their pets treated with honesty and real care.
I can’t express enough what a difference Dr. Baillo has made. She is compassionate, intelligent, and honest. My dog is the absolute Ruff Of My Life. I live in Eagle County and make the drive up to see her. She also has a wonderful receptionist who is very kind and extremely helpful. There are not enough words to express my love and gratitude.
