Pitkin County Government has been in a professional business relationship with Peak Performance for the past several years. We use them as our vendor for Laserfiche coupled with several workflows for Policies, CORA Requests, Licensing, Permitting, and Board of Equalization. Peak Performance's support for the LaserFiche product has been outstanding for Town of Breckenridge team. They readily answer our questions and provide one-on-one training and support. I have had immense help working through Business Process and Workflows to create a new vendor onboarding process. We also use Peak Performance for our copier needs. I had an issue with thick paper printing and they worked hard to solve my issue. I have been working with them in my role for over 16 years and appreciate everything they do for us.

We use Peak Performance for our copier maintenance (and we purchased a used copier from them). We recently moved to a new location and these guys were so quick to come help us get set up...and even when we ran into an issue, it was just a little bit before they got it resolved. Speedy quick on service calls, knowledgeable, and very courteous and professional!!
