They are reliable and professional. Our Orkin Pro, Paul Kelm, is the best. He is thorough, careful about our property, and knowledgeable.
Scott is always great and very easy to work with, he notifies me the day before he is coming and ensure the timing is convenient. The regular Orkin scheduling system however is extremely inefficient and has sent people to my house for pest control without notifying me or even asking if it's ok. The company should revert back to the tried and true customer service Scott provides instead of trying to automatically schedule their clients.
Wow what a thorough home treatment with Kathy from Orkin today ! I’m grateful that she found a black widow spider web in the garage with the black widow spider Close by . She quickly sprayed him/her to their demise and removed a mouse in a trap in the garage as well . We live in a rural area and are very lucky to have such excellent service.
