John with Mountain Recovery absolutely saved my day. I had my truck stuck in the middle of a back road in Idaho Springs today with a fully loaded septic truck. From the time I called dispatch, to the time John arrived, it was a minute over an hour. Given my location that is FAST! It took some time to get me winched and straightened up but he knew exactly how to get me back on the road and didn't waste a second of his or my time. Needless to say, I have Mountain Recovery on speed dial for next time... Even though I hope there is no next time. I know my photo makes me look like an idiot but I'm my business s4!t happens

Found myself in a bad situation on the shoulder of I70 with a blown master cylinder and fried clutch. Dispatch was very helpful and kind. Help arrived on time and had my finicky car hooked up and dropped quickly and expertly. Great service when it counted the most.
