Having a water leak in your house is a huge mess. Kinder Carpet was called and responded in a very short time, well after normal business hours. Jesus, Louis, and the rest of the crew were excellent! They spent about 2 weeks cleaning and drying out the two floors of our house that were affected. They worked hard long hours and respected our possessions during the process. I can't say enough about their commitment to their job and professionalism. Hopefully, no one has to go through this ordeal, but should this happen don't hesitate to call Kinder Carpet.

I was canceled twice by another carpet cleaning crew in town. I feel ashamed that I didn’t call you first, as you scheduled my house within the week and actually competed the job. As a local resident without a property manager, I appreciate the timeliness.
