We were so fortunate that when we had a water leak resulting in damage to our cabinets and floors we were referred to Kinder. They were on the job so quickly. Their services exceeded my expectations. The remediation was thorough and well done They explained everything perfectly and came when they said they would at every step of the way. They made great referrals for the work that needed to be done to put things back together. I hope I never have another water leak but I would recommend them to anyone who did without hesitation. Julio was a great person to work with.
Carlos and his team did an excellent job throughout the entire mitigation process. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and they kept us updated every step of the way. We were referred to KRS by a friend after we sustained significant water damage in the lower level of our house. I texted Kevin about the problem and he immediately called me back. He said he would send a crew out first thing the next day. Luis was the lead on the crew that arrived that next morning and did a great job with the mitigation work and the furniture move. I’ll add that they were terrific in communicating status throughout the two weeks. Such water damage (to the fine wood floors and walls) can be a frustrating thing to experience, but KRS helped us navigate.
