Kinder Restoration Services of Frisco, CO did an exceptional job when our Breckenridge home's basement bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and hallways were flooded from a defective water heater pressure valve on July 22, 2026. On Snowbridge Plumbing's recommendation, I called Kinder Restoration and Office Manager Julio Castellon both answered my emergency call immediately and sent a full crew to our home in less than 90 minutes. Kinder removed the water and ruined carpeting and padding in all the rooms and installed fans and dehumidifiers. Over the ensuring week, Julio did an exceptional job of fine tuning the drying process with additional fans and heating units. Kinder's… read full review

On July 1, 2026, a pinhole leak in a common area pipe caused substantial damage to my condo unit in Wildernest. Julio and Kinder Carpet responded as soon as my HOA board authorized them. They were kind, professional, and communicative through the entire demolition and restoration process, and even recommended a wonderful construction company (Rubi Construction LLC) to perform the repairs. I am so thankful to Julio and his team. My association and property management team were not very responsive or communicative, but Kinder Carpet and Rubi Construction went above and beyond to reduce the stress. I highly recommend both companies.
