Felt like I had to help offset some of these one star reviews! My family and I have been getting our wood from K&K since I was a kid. I think it's good to know going in that they may only have one truck and delivery driver. Think about how many people around here need wood, and how long it might take to get to some of these remote homes, delivery times are pretty much always going to take a while. My advice is to order a month or several weeks earlier than you think you need to and they should take care of you! This is also a company that being kind goes a lot further than being an upset jerk! Remember to tip your drivers. :)

First time buying lumber filled back of positions l Pathfinder with good wood cost me $30 and lady working was very nice and understanding when i had to run her more money cuz i lost have of it lol. B well just def be back thanks.

I spoke with an extremely pleasant woman on the phone today and she took the time to hear about what I was specifically looking for. I am writing this review because I believe we all suffer from 'off' days and perhaps that is what others had experienced. I certainly did have a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to give them my business.
