My husband and I are both in our 70's and were trying to saw down broken limbs in our yard. We were overwhelmed. Along came two wonderful men and told us to take a break while they helped. They sawed down 7 broken branches and one tree leaning on the house. They were amazing! I can't say enough for Sean Bell and Randy Acosta. What wonderful men you have working for your company! I give them a 5 star and thank God for sending them!
I have had to be very forceful with solicitors and people wanting to inspect my property do to the constant emails and nonstop calls and have had to block them. Waleed was very respectful, didn't try and pressure me into anything and gave an honest and straightforward assessment of the state of my property with no insistence of further service leaving their information with me so I could contact them if and when I was in need of service. It is a breath of freash air compared to others I have had to deal with before.
Dustin and Robert who work for Valor Roof and Solar did an awesome job helping me with the replacement of my roof that was severely damaged due to a recent hail storm! They both went over and above in taking the time to explain the whole process. That assured me that everything was going to be ok and I should have no worries! They both need to be commended and they both deserve special recognition for a job well done!!!
