The team is friendly and always goes above and beyond expectations. They fixed an issue with a toilet which another plumber could not. Customer service is strong and the tech was knowledgeable. One customer had a problem with a sprinkler system that caused violent shaking of water pipes. Within 24 hours, Knight Plumbing sent out a certified plumber with 13 years of experience who quickly diagnosed the problem, drove to Lowes to find a part, and installed it. He also observed other issues with the plumbing and suggested maintenance going forward. Their prices are reasonable and communication is top-notch. Another customer highly recommends the company for their responsiveness and excellent work. They replaced 6 main valves in a condominium in record time, and everything was better than when the building was first built. The team provides one of the best customer service experiences, with professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, with fair pricing and timely completion. One customer received helpful advice over the phone to purge air out of a gas line, which solved the problem.
We had a great experience with Knight Plumbing! Jeremy was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Their pricing was fair, and they provided repair estimates promptly so we could get everything over to our building/property manager without delay.
Our toilet had a very unusual issue—it sounded like a Mandrake from Harry Potter every time it flushed! We have an older, somewhat unique plumbing system, but Jeremy was able to diagnose the problem, make the necessary repairs, and also provide us with estimates for replacement options if we decide to go that route.

Had a problem with our sprinkler system that manifested itself by violent shaking of water pipes down in our mechanical room. Within 24 hours, Knight Plumbing sent out Jeremy, a certified plumber with 13 years of experience and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part and drove to Lowes to find it and then came back and installed it and the problem was fixed. He was also able to Observe other issues with our Plumbing (our house is 30 years old) and suggest maintenance going forward, which was very helpful. Their prices are reasonable and their communication has been top-notch. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Knight Plumbing LLC. Kelley and Denise were SUPER responsive and excellent to work with. They immediately understood our urgent situation at our Condominium and made themselves available. Not only did the handle the coordination directly with the HOA, but kept us informed throughout the entire process. Upon arriving at our unit, Kelley introduced himself and reassured us that he would take care of everything. Well, HE SURE DID. Replace 6 main valves in our unit in record time.
